Welcome to the PULSE Learning Plaform, a solid academic platform created in order to provide to teachers and students the necessary tools in order to support educational activities proposed by the PULSE Consortium, which includes the course of big data applications for smart, sustainable cities. 

Participants will work through the courses on an individual basis and will be assessed via completion of  comprehension and knowledge quiz at the end of each class. Successful completion of the course will be defined by achievement of 70% correct answers in the final quiz that englobe all the taught class.

    The ‘Big Data to Policy Course is intended for urban policy makers and practitioners, representatives of community initiatives and organizations, and anybody interested in big data applications for smart, healthier and sustainable cities. 

    This course has been created teachers of great trajectory and experience belonging to the PULSE consortium, these are: Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), University of Pavia  (UNIPV), University of Padova (UNIPV), New York University (NYU), New York Academy of Medicine (NYAM), Agència de Salut Pública de Barcelona (ASPB) , Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT) and European Connected Health Alliance (ECHA)
